At Hooga, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothing as you do in your own home. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original tags on the garments and pack them securely in their original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
